Hah! So Kerry does believe in preemption when his own butt is on the line? Too funny that this is the "peace and love" crowds guy.What a piece of work.

I suppose now that it turns out that Kerry was ordered out of Vietnam against his wishes we won't have to read any more about how he was the only Naval officer to abandon his crew in combat after a couple of scratches. Wright's boldest claim was that after Kerry had in fact received his third purple heart, Wright along with two other ranking officers basically flat out asked Kerry to leave Vietnam. The reason being his behavior continually put the group in greater vulnerability and danger. According to Wright, Kerry claimed he would not leave, "but was out of there by morning."
