BTW,

Bush & his mafia are toast unless

1. they can produce Osama Ben Laden, dead or alive, between now and election time. Or,

2. there's going to be another serious attack in the US, (not necessarily on the scale of 9/11) by the Jihadists.

3. (In the absence of a Jihadist attack, it is not inconceivable that some desperate pro-Bush forces might simulate a Jihadist attack and put all blame they can on the Jihadists.

In either case, lots of voters will back Bush as he has had experience in fighting the terrorists. But then again, may be not.

Following either type of attack, perhaps legislation might be enacted in time to postpone the elections in the interests of public safety and whatnot. This circumstance will give sufficient time for pro-Bush forces to rally support and "steal" the election for Bush.

We'll see!

Overheard on a Train in New York
Q. Do you really think George Bush would scare New Yorkers about a potential terrorist attack if it was only based on four year old information?

A. They invaded a country based on 12 year old information.
