You only listed votes where Kerry was not present. Which was most of the time, but you are wrong again. Read the post carefully, dummy. Tim Russert did the research. One military budgets, their voting records are identical... Then I suppose you can substantiate your claim, right? BTW, I see you still have that CD thing mastered, completely ignoring incontrovertible proof that your claim is wrong. I ask again, is the Congressional Record lying, too?
