Horseshit. Nobody ever attacked McCain for his service. You just pulled that shit out of where the sun don't shine, and you do that all the time. The nasty campaign against McCain in one Southern state, my recollection is South Carolina, was that he had a non-white baby, which is true, he adopted an Asian child. But saying "nonwhite" made it sound like he had a black baby, and they left out the part about the child being adopted. I have no idea whether Bush ok'd that, he says he did not.
