the tax is paid on 'first registration' of the car, and so if one ends up buying a one-day old used car with no miles, as long as it is already registered, then no tax

yes, i know, but but but, i fear it will not be a secondhand car this time around

delivery in 5 days, and bamboo pearl is the colour

none of the decision is my idea of either a good deal (tax, fuel), correct car (hk public parking space is small, road is narrow) or a right colour (I prefer crystal white, easy to see in dark, reflects hk sun, and easy to match touchup paint)

however, peace in our times, at almost any cost
