Think you got it wrong with our new friend. He is showing us what might come up about bush if we go down this route with kerry. Kerry relying on his war record to become pres will fall of its own weight. It doesnt need help. American people are not that stupid to think that it is sufficient to be a Lieutenat to be pres. mike

Kerry probably had to do something because Bush was posing with a Bible in one hand and the American flag in the other. This always plays well in Middle America. As Samuel Johnson once said, "The last refuge of a scoundrel is patriotism". Although Kerry went a bit overboard with his military pals at the DNC for my liking, it will probably play well in the "hinterland".
