That is not a defense budget vote. Don't mix apples and oranges. Besides, you know damn well Kerry just wanted that 87 billion paid for and accounted for as Bushies had proven they cannot be trusted with our money. And sure enough he was right. The 87 billion is gone and unaccounted for. Nobody gets to find out where the money went. Plus it's all pure debt.

Defense budget votes, you know, once a year or so they vote on the defense budget. Those votes are identical between Kerry and Miller. In fact, Kerry has voted for all of the biggest defense budgets in history, and FOR every single weapons system the Bushies dishonestly claim he voted against except the useles MX Missile system which only an idiot would have voted for.
