If you are patriotic enough to believe in our system, you should respect them both as great leaders. How could our great system produce anything less???? There is plenty to separate the two men just on the issues. Places where they clearly differ. Plenty enough for anyone to decide to vote for one or the other. There is no need to attack either of their character and demean our greatest leaders. -------------------------------------------------------- Reasons to go to the polls: ( THis is simplistic, but I hope you get the idea) Bush-- Believes that giving tax relief to entrepreneurs is good for everyone and to tax them is clearly counterproductive. Wants to widen tax base. Bush-- Believes that we should listen to our allies but never compromise essential principles just to stay in the pack. Kerry-- Believes that entrepreneurs can afford to pay for the health care and education of the middle and lower classes and that we will all benefit from that Kerry-- Believes that we must work with our allies even if it means compromise. I could go on: Marriage, abortion, environment all come to mind. ----------------------------------------------------------- Shrill attacks that are demeaning to our leaders and that weaken our democratic system, making terrorists drool: Bush is trying to subvert the Constitution Bush fiddled while Rome burned for 7 minutes while he read to schoolchildren Bush's oil connections somehow prevented him from fighting terror. Bush is a mindless fool, puppet of Cheney, Ashcroft, and Rumsfeld Kerry was a traitorous coward in Viet Nam Kerry cannot make up his mind on the issues and has no principles. Kerry is dishonest and Anti-American Now do you know what I am talking about????
