The government isn't a business. If a business doubles its revenue its real growth. If the federal government doubles its revenue its just squeezing the economy harder. The government takes money that businesses generate. Taking too much does as much or even more harm then the deficits.

Perhaps you should study the economic policies that lead to the great depression. You will see that that Bush and Greenspans policies are in contrast.
OTOH, I agree with you enough is enough.
Scrap the current tax system in place of fairer tax system after wiping out all the deductions and favorably taxed pork.
