They did a 1:2 split just before coming out. The VCs and management seem to have been in agreement..... get out the window, at any cost.

Some VCs were sitting on good stuff, but they needed liquidity. I have NOT A CLUE if this is relevant to ACAD, but it's bound to set up a few craters for good companies to find. At this market cap, down from that skimpy IPO, investors in the public market are running on mezzanine dollars. That's got to make you sit up and take notice, and BofA brought them out.

They would have come out at about 400M, given bubble IPO structure.

Reflects on the sector as a whole..... largely flopped back to old-days capital structure. Combined with relative valuation smallcaps:bigcaps being way outta whack, the tea leaves look good.

Wish I knew something about what ACAD does. I am fascinated by what I've read (PRs.... not exactly designed to chase an investor away..... ;-).

Anybody know if Harry likes them?

This will be a "fast secondary" situation, if I'm reading it correctly.
