bush is going to have to have a draft sooner or later....
bush is going to have to raise taxes sooner or later....

the democrats raise taxes and believe they can tax us into prosperity and the last time I looked, two democrats failed in trying to reinstate the draft....

The Dems will have to raise taxes just to pay down the deficit Bush ran up..........or how else did you think it was going to get paid off? You're good at whining but I never hear what your solutions are. Do you have a brain behind that big mouth?

re: bush is going to have to have a draft sooner or later....

Whoever takes power is either going to have to change policy, or reinstate the draft. It appears the numbers will not work. 40% of the national guard folks that are coming out of forced extra 3 months say they won't reup. Recruiting is running well below 90% of quota. And the trend is not their friend.

Three options; change policy, begin a draft, or become completely dysfunctional. Forget what these guys are saying today... after the election we'll get a dose of reality. This is just stuff that we want to hear. Can you imagine either guy saying he was going to restart the draft... before the election? Might as well come out for child abuse.
