What's Bush saying? McCain doesn't believe Bush is involved in this. (And yes, I read the AP article that made McCain's "I can't believe" line look like a statement of disbelief, rather than a statement of belief to the contrary.)

You could say that Swift Boat Veterans is just another 527 organization with an agenda, but then that would make it just one of many. (Ironically, this would point out a key failure of the McCain-Feingold bill, but that's a different subject.)
