The Mad Cow is a "winner", with about 20% of the Republican party. Of course, the Republican party has made great strides eradicating the plague of BobDole's Disease since the Mad Cow ran for president, isolating it only in the Senate Republican caucus.

So the Mad Cow couldn't get double digits either-in what he thinks is his OWN party...
