Seriously, I do think the SwiftVets stuff has legs. But we'll see. It certainly has the possibility of ricocheting back against Bush, though I think he's done a pretty good job of distancing himself from it so far.

The desperation of the Kerry camp is evident to me. I just get this feeling that all is not well. I really don't comprehend why Kerry attacked Bush for taking 7 minutes to leave after the first 9/11 plane hit. His face shows that he was in shock, as anyone would be. What difference to the course of events would it have made if he had left the school immediately?

What about the kerry vets who love him? No one wants to answer why they stand by him so strongly and dont buy into the anti kerry vet story.

There is no need to answer that.

I, for one, am quite willing to let Kerry have all 5 or 6 (or does McCain make it 7) Vietnam Vets who want to support him, out the 8,000,000 Nam Vets still alive.
