C2 Please one question to answer for me that no one will. Why are the kerry swiftys sticking to their story?

Because they think it's the truth, is my guess. These folks for the most part were apolitical for a very long time. The think Kerry was unfit, they hate him for misrepresenting his record, and want everyone to know the truth as they saw it. Ditto in reverse for the Swifties who back him. It's that simple, IMO.

Mike, Doesn't it seem strange to you that only a few sailors support Kerry's war stories, and a vast majority of those that were within a few yards during the actions mentioned, are saying that Kerry is a fake, liar, and coward. The bulk of VN veterans stick together regardless of the issue, but all those sailors say that Kerry is lying.

Why his immediate boat mates were on that platform could have several reasons behind it. My bet is that they have been promised something under the table. Don't know if it is money, jobs, or just 15 minutes of fame, but I don't buy their story, or that of Kerry. If all of Kerry's boasts were true, he would be busting his butt to have his records made public to prove them. He is hiding something, and if he doesn't air it out, it is going to bite him in the ass.
