I do know, if we don't get a hold of this terrorism crap then all those other things really won't matter much...

No way you can call that rational.
3000 died on 9-11, initial worry was 10-15K

Estimates are a dirty bomb could kill up to a million.

So, in your mind, the dirty bomb would actually have to happen first, to justify trying to prevent it.
