Sad indeed.

I remember my younger years. I proudly voted for Roosevelt; then Truman; then Adlai Stevenson twice (even though Ike was the true military hero that Kerry aspires to be); then John F. Kennedy; then Lyndon Johnson.

But in 1972, I became a Republican. I couldn't bring myself to vote for McGovern, nor Carter, nor Clinton, and I certainly will not soil my hands (or pants) with a vote for Kerry.

So what produced this dramatic shift in my life-long voting habits?

Answer: the Democratic Party was hi-jacked by a bunch of leftists/Liberals/Radicals and modern day tree huggers and other environmentalists joyfully embraced by the radical feminists and now the self-aggrandizing gays.

Enough already! I freely abandon the Party of the People that abandoned the People about thirty years ago.
