Japan - even more serious than the 'R' word.

They tried to inflate - foreigners pulled out their money (though they did not have the same % holdings as US) - but still LTerm yields fell and their currency strengthened.

Not saying I understand, but this is what is pointing me (wrongly perhaps) to the deflation camp.

Stocks are below 55 wk EMAs
Yields are now back below 55wk EMA
The last one is for $ to be above its 55wk EMA (The golds are but not currencies).

I have a level of 88 in the $USD (apologies Malcolm cant help myself).
