Here's a good one for you.

I live in a very very small farming area near a small town that puts out a newspaper once a week. I get said paper on Wed. of each week. This weeks paper is dated Aug. 4 2004....Now, the paper features public companies that may be of interest to the general central coast area...ie; Vineyards, large farm comgolorates etc.

This week's feature is CCBN (Central Coast Bancorp) Now remember this is dated Aug.4 2004....A complete filing of their most recent Q's numbers! CCBN released these numbers via Yahoo etc. TODAY Aug. 6th....you have to figure that the newpaper (with a circulation of less than 5000) had to have had these numbers somewhere around the 1st or 2nd in order to have them in the paper by the 4th.....!!!!!!!!!!!

So much for everyone knowing everything at the same time. ROFL!!!!!!!This whole SEC thing is beginning to be the biggest joke of the century.

BTW the paper is independantly owned by a local family, not part of a larger reprint outfit. UNBELIEVABLE. LOL

Second BTW: CCBN does not look like a half bad company either.
