Koppel is about as fair and balanced as Rather. I listened to some female reporter giving a ""report"" from Kerry's train yesterday, and I am pretty sure she had to smoke a cigarette and change draweers after 'fawning' all over Johnboy and his new toys. It was pretty sickening. Sounded more like a Ronco commercial.

I used to like his Nightline program. However Koppel sometimes does things that border a doofus. Right after Al Gore endorsed Howard Dean, he pretty much questioned the wisdom of all primary democratic contenders as to why they were still in the race. Needless to say Dean lost out eventually
