Bush has based his entire campaign on terrorism. Kerry has not based his entire campaign on his military record at all. Kerry has put out a book with a real PLAN on every issue. Kerry knows the main issue is the economy and jobs, followed by health care and national defense. He's very strong on all three, plus much-much better than Bush on foreign affairs, nuclear proliferation, fiscal conservatism, environment, energy sanity and education. Bush will try to use wedge issues like gay marriage to divide the nation, but Kerry is not for gay marriage either.
