Bill O'Reilly criticized the Swiftvet ad last night. He then stated that any/all those who contributed to the ad are welcome to appear on his show. His criticism of the ad was probably just O'Reilly's clever way of galvanizing audience attention to the issue, which will ultimately boost his show's ratings.

Hi, the next move may be lawyers representing the swiftboat vets will be to sue the networks claiming censorship. They will sue claiming that the networks must air their ads because they are refuting other ads that they run for Kerry.

They will win of course. That ad is devastating. There is no question in my mind that those guys are telling the truth. I also saw them on cspan 4 months or so ago when they all got up and give a statement on their experiences with kerry. Unbelievable.

John

the Swiftvet issue

I am still reluctant on it, Andrew. It will remain minor for now. The media will do their best to squelch, ignore, and smear it.

It the group picks up major funding, then we will see.
