re: I have seen that electoral map before, John. Easy to slant it either way you want. I don't think the author is slanting it either way. But I agree it is dynamic; and will change many times before the election. It's amazing that ~10% of voters, probably the most apathetic voters, will decide this election. When you break it down to the number of those folks that will actually get their butts to the polling place, maybe 3-5%. From the "Politics for Pros" perspective, how the hell do you spend your 10's of $millions of ad dollars to target those folks that don't pay much attention, that really don't care? They don't hate or like Bush; they don't hate or like Kerry; they just don't care... and they will probably make their decision on a whim. John
