Whatever it is you are smoking, please make it available to the rest of us. There is no way McCain could get the votes to be elected Majority Leader. McCain's power, aside from his personal popularity, derives from the fact that he is relatively independent and will occasionally vote with the Democratic minority. Those votes will not win him a leadership position.
