Don't be that naive! The CIA might not have done it. But it could have done it with other people's help in such a way nothing could be traced back to them. Ditto for Allawi & Co. It is a no brainer that in war fair is foul and foul is fair. A lot of cloak and dagger stuff go on all the time!

Here's an example of the Bushies' style of exporting Democracy to the Iraqis:- english.aljazeera.net In March 2003 we were told the Iraqis would be welcoming the US forces as liberators with flowers and hugs and whatnot. Since then we have been hearing that on an average about 2 US soldiers are killed everyday. That shows how well loved the US forces are, eh? When the Brits were in Iraq in the 1930s and 1940s, they somehow managed to get both the Shi'ites and the Sunnis to coexist peacefully with them. Now we see rivalry between the Shi'ites and the Sunnis and both of these peoples hate the US. This is dreadful, isn't it? With no Communism and the USSR to worry about and now that Saddam is safely behind bars, don't you think it is better for the US to pull out than to have dead Americans coming home every day? But why is the US not pulling out of Iraq? I suppose it is that black gold called OIL, eh? And mind you, prior to invading Iraq, the Bushies declared it was not for oil but for Saddam they were going into Iraq. That was a baldfaced lie, isn't it?
