Screw your moral superiority. That baby also deserves to be raised right, into adulthood, and that's where you cheap f'cks are missing in action. Take your tax cuts & stick em where the sun don't shine.

surely you know the difference between a 3-day old embryo and a human that has facial features, an obvious beating heart, fingers on which it sucks, feet, internal organs, etc.?

It is only a matter of degree. In the end the distinctions are subjective. A chimpanzee has an obvious beating heart, fingers on which it sucks, feet, internal organs, etc. A cow has all but the fingers, so does a fish. It is understandable to be affected by the anthromorphic appearance of a fetus because our brains are hardwired to pattern-match on human features. It can be helpfull to see where the arguments ultimately lead by extreme examples because the it requires that the definitions of the concepts, such as life, be examined consistently and prevents the kind of blending of concepts that can lead to emotional clarity, but intellectual vagueness.
