A lot of blacks have been reaching the ranks of the middle class and upper middle class for decades now. Those that don't make it are very angry at their fellow blacks for making it and disproving their racial hatred theories. Their fellow blacks are called "token blacks" and "uncle toms". The NAACP is especially angry at the successes of blacks because they disprove all their racial theories.
