The only people who have said Kerry shot the guy in the back are people who weren't there and therefore have no idea what transpired. But just for the sake of argument what does it matter if Kerry shot an enemy soldier in the back while taking fire from several different directions and the Viet Cong was armed with an RPG? The guy was not trying to surrender. Does it make you feel the least bit sleazy trying to tear apart a war heros silver star award while supporting a deserter at the same time? I just wondered because I couldn't do something like that.
