Having a Judge say the Swifties are in no way doing anything other than freely speak their personal rebuttal of assertions made by kerry is a wonderful civic contribution by kerry.

Was there an injunction? Did a Judge act? I didn't see the post.

pseudo - Common abbreviation of a much used phrased today "Sue their pants off!"

e.g., After tripping and falling in front of a store, Marilyn made one quick called to her lawyer and simply said "Pseudo!" Her lawyer was immediately on the case.
