I understand. This money will not be created. Did I say it would? Most likely MSFT holds it in short term treasuries. After the disbursement most of it will be moved to stocks -- according to asset allocation of the funds that currently hold MSFT stock. MSFT sale $30 Bln of short term treasuries will not have a meaningful effect, but investment of the money into stocks will.

I think market will be falling going into elections, but rally after the elections. This rally will coincide with MSFT dividend.
