"your idea to count votes among SI posters is interesting, but..." imo it would have been a great concept all the way around if it was bookmarks only and posts of any kind were discouraged i actually thought that was the way these threads were going to be handled

I think most of your SI Kerry fellowship would call my posting there, baiting. Political humor, and supporting of your own candidate has been going on for a long, long time. I might not take my politics as serious as some here, but the idea was to offer a place for privacy in support of your candidate. I had know Idea that SI Bush supporters would be postings as much as they had. I invited some well know Kerry supporters through PM to get their word out. I though there would be as much action for the thread to gain in popularity among SI Kerry supporters. So far not. I also wanted to give Nader supporters a board also, since he is going to be on the ballot in some states, I believe. I love discussing the market and business among all ethnic, religious, and political party lines. It's hard to do that without eventually revealing your political bias. I think many SI poster are afraid to reveal their politics. I do have a SI SPECULATING IN TAKEOVER TARGETS BOARD. I always try and be polite to anybody, whatever party, even if we disagree.
