RE:"Two homes just sold on my street after being owned for years by people who didn't update them, and the new owners already have renovation crews at work. Huge dumpsters are sitting in both driveways to haul away the old stuff and trucks are arriving daily to install new stuff before the new owners are willing to spend even one night in an older home. Think of all the jobs this is creating!"

This always happens in a hot appreciation housing market.
