I'm not a huge fan of Warren Buffett either and probably for the very same reason. I am still mostly in cash. I would love to get 100% long at the same kind of bottom we got in October of both 1998 and 2002.

When I do go long in that fashion I intend to hold for about 15 months based on past cycles.

Don, how about it? Do you believe that we have already seen the cyclical stock price top for the rally that started in October 2002?

I don't mean we are going lower than we were in October 2002 but we are seeing a series of lower highs and lower lows. We are below all the moving averages. Long term investors are seeing profits erode. Short term investors are holding losers.

Who wants to agree with me? The top is in right?
