Yes, they are attacking the project with the goal of being open on the first day of the school year. Hung has a way of setting a goal and then it hitting it. If the funds are available, there is plenty of ready and willing labor. I believe they have two or three masons, and 12 laborers going at it. The NNBM well is complete. They had the opening ceremony today. I just downloaded a bunch of photo's...many more to go. I'll have them up soon. Thank you and congrats to everyone at the bar...a round of rice wine for all.
