This is an interesting development, no?
If it were before 2000, I'd think they were monitoring the election in order to see how it's done right.
Now I'm not so sure.

This just shows how low Bush has brought us, that we don't trust him enough to be sure we will have free and fair elections here. We used to insure elections in other countries, now we need them to certify ours. The sooner we lose this disgrace of a leader, the sooner we can heal ourselves.
