March 2000 to November 2000 was hardly prosperous. There were massive overbloated factory inventories and factory order cancellation after factory order cancellation.

Using the metrics of Gross Domestic Product, the percentage of Americans owning their own homes, and the total number of people employed, 2003 and 2004 are clearly trillions more prosperous than any Clinton Year.
