While it looks like Scott is guilty, we still havent heard the defense side. I am withholding judgement on him till I hear it all.
As to OJ, I am a white southerner, I am a Miami Dolphins fan (thus no friend of Buffalo) and I heard every bit of that trial, what I couldnt watch live, I taped and watched later. I did this as I was interested in the TRIAL OF THE CENTURY as the lawyers tactics as much as I cared one way or another about OJ. YET, had I been on the jury, I would have AQUITTED OJ same as they did. Why, cause using the time line the prosecution put up I just dont think OJ COULD have physically done it. I was in LA on business and I went to the location of his exwifes death, then I drove up to OJ's house. I did this THREE TIMES to satisfy myself. In my BEST TIME I wasnt even CLOSE to making the trip up there in the time he had to do it. So,either the time line is screwed up, or he is innocent in my mind. jdn
