oh, you must mean the one that has stalled out as a result of the conflicting pressures of inflation, higher rates, weaker jobs, and consumer debt.

the fed will have to raise rates again to combat price pressures stemming from the oil spike. but doing so will only further dash the hopes of any real recovery. it's a shitty situation that is not of Bush's making, but I don't see it getting better before the election.
