Monday August 09, 2004--The latest Rasmussen Reports Presidential Tracking Poll shows President George W. Bush with 48% of the vote and Senator John Kerry with 47%. The Tracking Poll is updated daily by noon Eastern.

The race for Pennsylvania's Electoral Votes is a virtual tie, Kerry 46% Bush 45%.

Note: Today's data shows quite a swing in Bush's favor.

On August 1, the figures were Bush 45 Kerry 49

On August 9, the figures are Bush 48 Kerry 47

These figures indicate a swing in Bush's favor of 5 points. Three of them are Bush adds while 2 are Kerry subtracts.

Not bad for a week. Not bad at all

I had heard that they were somewhere. Not too surprising. Are the providers like StarChoice and ExpressVu allowed to show Fox news, or is what they show limited by the government?
