America is also about laws, not men. Your thread and Poet's are upfront about being moderators whim and only being suitable for particular viewpoints. Fine; I have no problem with that. I have one such thread myself. Chinu's story has changed numerous times times but at no point has he had the cojones to admit it is simply agreement with him that determines right to post. He has said such things as racial slurs are banning offenses--and then banned those who committed no such offense but did disagree with him. His story is not moderator's whim; it is hypocrisy. And Chinu is not banned from this thread. If he wishes to challenge one word of this, he can do so.
