I'm leaving town Mary, but I can't believe you thought: Hopefully this offensive coordinator can get others (our allies ) to share the burden on the cost of WOT. If you are referring to France, Germany and Russia you haven't been paying attention. The Foreign Minister of France even said the other day that there is no way that his country would get involved in Iraq, so I think you wish for too much if you think we can rely on them to share the burden. It isn't going to happen even if Kerry is proficient in the language.
