Kerry is concentrating on many what you call fly-over states. I don't call them that. I'm from Illinois originally. You can be prejudiced against our east and west coast if you want, but people are generally much better informed on the coasts. Many of these "fly over" states are rural areas which are sparsely populated. Kerry has pretty much wrapped up the northern Great Lakes States, Iowa and New Mexico. The rest are real battlegrounds. Don't be surprised if Kerry picks off Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Arizona, Ohio, Arkansas, West Virginia and Nevada. All he needs is one of those and he locks up the election.
