Never asked for proof of that, I know it happens, I just don't think it's as damaging as you believe.

I was looking for the link for shipping concrete aggregate to greece and china, had a hard time with that. You wrote it as if there was a source, I was curious to the write-up and economic trade offs.

>>can you prove the Yankees won several World Series ???<<

Not in 1961!

Thanks

I reread my response, now I understand what you were saying here. Response is do we give away our advantage? Probably yes and no, what we give away does help. Is it our most advantageous technology, resoundly no. #1, companies aren't that stupid, just like they don't give their domestic competition their technology, #2, ITAR regulations heavily control what technology can be exported. Nothing being given away that is going to bring our demise.

US has superiority in mfg techniques, as a result when US companies went after Russian made rocket engines, we found engines that had quite antiquated machining. On the other hand, We found extremely ingenious designs in joint design technology that worked around that deficiency. We were truly amazed. We don't mind exporting our mfg knowledge to them. However, they were woefully behind in their electronics package on those same engines. We won't export our electrical system superiority to them.
