Don't forget that Clinton had 8 years, and Bush had 8 months. The US had been hit by terrorism on our soverign territory several times during the Clinton years. Cruise missiles into the tents and donkeys didn't work. Don't forget the Khobar Towers, the US Embassy's in Africa, WTC I, the USS Cole etc during Clinton's watch. Remember when and what Senators and House cut the CIA budgets????? And decreased the number of 'feet on the ground in Iraq'.....to ZERO. All during the Clinton years. I take it you haven't read the 9-11 report or Summary. Check it out.
