You forgot about Clinton's order to launch a $1M missile which resulted in taking out that camel in a $10 tent.
Pres Clinton did nothing to stop al Qaeda after their attacks on U.S. forces for the same reason John Kerry would feel constricted as Pres--Democrats don't want to make the UN angry. They can't take the heat that's necessary for a U.S. Pres to act in best interests of the American people.
