I was just watching MSNBC with Keith Obberman(sp?). In one piece it states that Kerry is drawing huge crowds -- 20,000, 25,000 people. Many of them faint because they have waited for 5 hours or so, and get too excited when they see him.
That and the heat, I am sure, lol.

Jeepers. He actually said that? That high taxes or the rich are a failed strategy because the really rich figure out how to evade them anyway? Wow!

All the Kerry campaign needs to do to create a funny and chillingly effective ad is to compile a litany of Bush/Cheney quotes... no out of contex snips, no obvious Bushisms... just the stuff he says and does. My favorites:

Bush also said high taxes on the rich are a failed strategy because "the really rich people figure out how to dodge taxes anyway."

The "Some call you the elite. I call you my base." clip.

The attempt at humor showing Bush looking under desks for WMD.

"We've turned the corner!"

"Mission accomplished"
