Presidential Debates (current schedule):
Sept. 30 in Coral Gables, Fla., at the University of Miami
Oct. 8 in St. Louis, at Washington University
Oct 13 in Tempe at Arizona State University

Tempe's debate at Arizona State University's Gammage Auditorium will concentrate on foreign policy

The vice presidential debate will be held Oct. 5 in Cleveland.

ALSO: The debate commission has tentatively put out a format that has the candidates seated at a table with the moderator in the first and third presidential debates and in the vice presidential debate. The second presidential debate may use the town meeting format in which undecided voters, selected by the Gallup Organization, will question the candidates.

MY COMMENT: Seated helps Bush / Cheney. Kerry towers over Bush, and Cheney would look terrible standing next to a dynamic Edwards.
