re jims he does have a pretty uncanny eye for picking out weak (and strong) stocks-He calls them like he sees them and sometimes people get offended by him but really he is doing everyone a favor.

Certainly saved me a bunch on HUGO.

Glad your self-esteem is high enough not to let him rile you.

Hope to see more collaborations between the two of you.

my only ideas would be the ultra speculative gamble on Montana politics CAU and perhaps MGN

No why to quantify but Randy has made it clear he will sell CKG.V-but I know you only want already proved up near production ready deposits.

Russ:

Interesting results from Inca Pacific. Given the current prices and shortage, 300 m. of 0.6% Cu and 0.13% moly should finally create some interest in Magistral. I've held a small position in it for years, without much hope I must admit!

Best regards,
Howy

Drilling Encounters Long Intercepts of High Grade Molybdenum Mineralization at Magistral
============================================================

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 10, 2004 - Inca Pacific Resources Inc. announces holes PM-87 through PM 91, the third set of results from the 2004 diamond drill campaign. PM 87 to 91 are all located in the San Ernesto part of the Magistral intrusive complex within well mineralized skarn and porphyry. Refer to the 2004 Magistral drill hole location map at www.incapacific.com/i/maps/mag-2004drillplan.gif and the Magistral drill section map (looking northwest) at www.incapacific.com/i/maps/mag-drill-nw.gif.

Anthony Floyd, President, said, "We are excited by the discovery of long intercepts of high grade molybdenum mineralization within the San Ernesto sector of the Magistral deposit. We were always confident that infill drilling would bring some pleasant surprises but these molybdenum grades are much higher than we expected."

Copper equivalent of Molybdenum is based on 4:1 ratio which assumes 90% recovery of Copper and 60% for Molybdenum and metal prices as follows: Copper-US $1.00/lb and Molybdenum-US $6.00/lb. Current metal prices are as follows: Copper - US $1.30 per pound; and Molybdenum - US $16.00 per pound.

George Sivertz, P.Geo., the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the Magistral Project, is supervising a quality control and quality assurance program designed by AMEC Peru. Logging and sampling are completed at Inca Pacific's secure facility on the Magistral property. The HQ core is sawn and samples are transported to Acme Labs in Lima, Peru for sample preparation. In each batch of samples sent to Acme for analysis there are included: Blanks, Duplicates and Standards. All the pulps are then shipped to the Acme laboratory in Vancouver, where they are analyzed for Copper, Molybdenum, Silver and 31 additional elements using aqua regia digestion and inductively coupled plasma-emission spectroscopy (ICP-ES). Check analyses for Copper, Molybdenum and Silver are performed by ALS Chemex in Peru.

Inca Pacific is a resource exploration company with a focus on copper, gold and molybdenum projects in Peru. Visit our website at www.incapacific.com for the latest corporate information.

It does look like IVN has bottomed now. We'll see over the next few days....AFA getting these companies who might want to buy something like IVN, this seems to be at odds with the trainwreck as I don't how anyone could get a handle on materials prices/costs in order to build the mine....so how they going to bid on it? Only way out I see is for the government to subsidised the costs.....BWDIK?

Made a lot of money on this one in the past....not so sure it will repeat....
