Saddam was given every opportunity to comply with US Weapons inspectors. In the months before the invasion Iraq complied with each and every request of the inspectors, from flyovers in U2s to inspections of Saddam's underwear drawer. Junior would not take YES for an answer because he wanted the oil. There is no such thing as US Weapons inspectors. Officially it is "UN Weapons" inspectors. But we all know most of them are US spys (who are as good as our politicians in uncovering facts!).
