I knew someone would ask that........... Clinton stood up for what he believed and spoke out against a war he thought was immoral...........hurrah to him for having the guts to do that. Clinton didnt have a rich powerful father to hide behind like Bush. Clinton got a student deferral like many others who could ( and everyone who could.....did ). You know what??????? CLinton was right!! He had the courage to stand up and be counted like Kerry. They were both brave young men who saved thousands of lives in the process. IF men like Clinton and Kerry hadn't been vocal many thousands more men would have died in Vietnam.
